How do I order a vehicle?
You should contact your fleet administrator to determine which category
of vehicles you qualify for, based on your company’s fleet program.
Once that is determined, you may click on “Our Drivers”
and log in using the user name and password supplied to you. You may
then spec out a vehicle, save it in a virtual “showroom”,
or submit the order. A confirmation will be forwarded to you and your
company fleet administrator. |

I received a traffic/parking ticket…now what?
Please pay for any traffic or parking violations as soon as possible.
If they are not paid within a few days of the original violation (the
notice you received on your vehicle), a second notice gets mailed
directly to Bergstrom Pioneer Auto and Truck Leasing. At that time,
we pay for the violation and add a $25.00 administration fee. You
will then receive a statement in the mail for the violation amount
and the $25.00 admin fee to be paid to Bergstrom Pioneer Auto and
Truck Leasing. If violations go unpaid, the state will put a freeze
on all registrations that are owned by us. |

How do I renew my registration?
You will receive a reminder notice from Bergstrom Pioneer
Auto and Truck Leasing approximately 6 weeks before your plates
expire. This notice is to inform you that your plates will be expiring
soon and that you can either renew the plates yourself, or send
the registration information to us to take care of for you. Either
if you renew your registration or we renew your registration, please
contact us immediately that you received your new registration stickers
so we can update your file for your company.
If you choose to take care of the renewal yourself, just follow
the instructions on the renewal form.
If you choose to have Bergstrom Pioneer Auto and Truck Leasing
renew the registration, please forward all the registration renewal
correspondence from the state or county along with the bottom portion
of the reminder notice we sent you. We will be happy to take care
of the renewal for you.
NOTE: In some instances
Bergstrom Pioneer Auto and Truck Leasing is unable to renew the
registrations because of vehicle inspections and such. In those
cases you will have to go through the renewal process yourself.
If you do have questions renewing your registration, there are usually
phone numbers on the renewal forms, or call us and we can answer
most questions for you.

Who do I contact with maintenance/mechanical questions?
Routine maintenance may be completed at a business of your choice.
For repairs or mechanical issues, we recommend that you contact a
dealer representing that vehicle brand to ensure the work is completed
using manufacturer parts and guidelines. If your vehicle is within
the manufacturer’s warranty timeframe (generally 3 years or
36,000 miles), there usually won’t be a charge to you unless
the repair is due to maintenance neglect or mistreatment of the vehicle.
|
|
I’ve recently had maintenance/repairs completed on
my vehicle. Do I need to report that?
When logged in the driver area of the website, you may click on the
“Submit Maint./Repair Update” button and record your work
performed there. You should do this whenever you have work completed
so we can keep an accurate record of it. |
|
I’ve recently moved or taken over another person’s
vehicle. How do I make the change?
While logged in the driver area, you should click on the “Driver
Information Change Request” button and complete the online form. |
|
Where do I pick up my new vehicle?
Local vehicles may be picked up at our office located in Neenah, WI,
or we do have delivery services available in surrounding areas and
states. For locations further than the surrounding states, we will
arrange to have your vehicle shipped to a preferred dealer in your
area. |
|
When am I eligible for a new vehicle?
Your company fleet program has general guidelines regarding terms
of service and mileage allowance, which depend on your estimated annual
mileage. You may contact your fleet administrator to determine if
you are eligible to place a new vehicle order. We also monitor your
vehicle’s mileage and make recommendations for vehicle replacement,
based on mileage, current market values, etc. |
|
How will I know the status of my vehicle order?
You may log in to the driver area and click on “order status”
to see the most recent update of your order. The information will
be updated whenever the status changes from the manufacturer. |
|
I’ll be turning in my vehicle soon; do I still need
to complete maintenance or repairs?
You are responsible for the upkeep of your leased vehicle just as
if it is your own. Items such as bad tires or brakes; cracked windshields;
stained or burned fabrics; mechanical issues; excessive body damage,
etc. significantly reduce the value of your vehicle. It is the responsibility
of you or your company to repair or replace damaged items before the
vehicle is returned. Items not repaired will be charged to you or
your company at lease termination. |
|
May I add any equipment to my new vehicle? What is my cost?
Additional items (i.e. sunroofs, aluminum wheels, spoilers, etc.)
may be added at the discretion of your company’s policy. Please
contact your fleet administrator for approval of these items. Optional
equipment and pricing may be found by logging in the “driver”
area of the website, or you may contact us directly for that information.
Your cost is the manufacturer’s invoice price plus applicable
taxes. Optional equipment must be requested at the time the vehicle
order is placed, paid for at, or prior to vehicle delivery, and will
carry no value credit or refund at the end of the lease. |
